You guys have asked, and we’re willing to take a chance and meet you halfway.

The number one concern we hear on restock days is that bag charms are being taken out of your carts while you’re checking out because they sell out so quickly. We understand how upsetting and frustrating that can be, especially when you were excited and ready to place your order.

Many of you have asked us to offer preorders, so we’re considering opening the website and giving everyone an opportunity to order the bag charms they want.

We don’t work with a vendor. Every bag charm is thought out and handmade by us, which takes a lot of time, hard work, and attention to detail. Our bag charms are our own designs and you won’t be able to find our exact charms anywhere else. Please respect the time, hard work, and dedication we put into making and delivering these art pieces to you. 

September 20th Orders

If you placed an order during our regular September 20th restock, your bag charms are already secured. Your order has nothing to do with the preorder and will continue to be processed, packaged, and shipped as usual.

• By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that your order will require an extended processing period before it is shipped.
• There will not be a guaranteed shipping or delivery date for preorder items. We will work as quickly as possible, but we will not rush our process or sacrifice the quality of your bag charms.
• You will receive your order, but please understand that preorders may require a longer wait.
• If waiting is not an option for you, please purchase during one of our regular Sunday restocks instead.
• We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but rude or disrespectful behavior toward our team will not be accepted. Orders will be canceled and refunded if necessary.

We created this poll because so many of you have expressed how upsetting it is to miss out during our Sunday restocks.

If you strongly believe that preordering would be a better option for you, please vote yes. If you don’t believe preorders are the right option for our bag charms, please vote no. We genuinely want to hear what you think.

Please keep in mind that opening preorders will likely bring in a much larger number of orders. Everyone who preorders must be comfortable waiting for their place in line while we fulfill each order.
